It was 1996 when three chubby and perky Bigole were born in the cloudy and lovable Padova. They named their group like that because “bigoli” is a yummy and typical type of pasta, invented in their original city.
The group was composed of three girls: Bon the visionary, Ire the negotiator and Fede the explorer. The fate decided they would have met each other, in order to have a lot of amusing adventures.
At the age of 16, they hitchhiked for the first time in Greece, after this adventure they saw an emotional flamenco performance in Sevilla and then they played “Beer-Pong” during a botellón in Valencia. Few years ago in August they lived another crazy experience during the occasion of the Midsummer’s Eve as they masochistically decided to lie on the beach for an entire night. The intention was to look at the shooting stars and make wishes but the result was they got completely frozen. The summer after that, they organised an amazing bus-tour across four beautiful cities in Italy, planning the whole travel just two days before the departure (a Bigole’s commandment is “we don’t plan everything!)
Throughout the years Bigole learned how to overcome the obstacles and turn them into tragi-comicals tales to tell their friends: they obviously got lost several times, someone stole Bon’s wallet in Prague, Ire got a fine in Bologna and, in the middle of a dark night, while Fede was driving at full speed, her moped ran out of gas and left them alone in the empty streets of a small island called Thassos where gasoline stations were like oasis in a desert.
Without any doubt a lot of new (mis)adventures are waiting for them along the way to Amsterdam and they look forward to sharing them with you!
Stay hungry, stay Bigole.
